Deliveries will be made during working hours (9.00am to 5.00pm). We do not offer a weekend delivery and are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Upon delivery, our couriers will require a signature. There will be no refund available for any unsigned for deliveries, therefore if you wish to have the order left unsigned for, neither SAMASIA LTD nor the courier will assume any liability. We will not be liable for goods going out of UK or coming from Europe if additional insurance is not purchased.

Returns and order cancellations

If you wish to return unwanted goods, you must notify us by phone first and then in writing within the three (3) day cancellation period. The return will be made at your own cost. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were supplied to you, otherwise you will be liable to pay for those goods. Claims for damaged or missing goods on orders must be made within three (3) working days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Minimum Order Value

Our minimum order value for delivery in UK is £2000. If the amount is less than this, then a delivery charge of £95 will be applied. Delivery is usually achieved within 48hrs from placing the order. For EU deliveries please write to us to get a quote.
