We have three very simple solutions for our clients which we have designed based on various customer requirements.

Drop Shipping with SAMASIA
We supply the products and shipping service and pay you the agreed % at the end of every week sale.

You will agree the retail price of the product on Amazon and Ebay and we will fulfil all orders.

You will use our products and host them on you e-commerce platforms.

We will pack and dispatch all orders from our warehouse and provide 100% after sale support to you.

Client will not have to buy any products in advance which means you can start with £0 investment.

At the end of the week, you will sent an invoice of goods sold which is required to be paid immediately.
Drop-shipping will suit those clients who would like to build ratings for their online platforms for few months and afterwards they may take over the fulfilment of their business or they may even sell it on for a profit.
Please note we will not login to your systems at any point to make any amendments rather we will rely on your good will to ensure the account is maintained according to Amazon and Ebay service level agreement. Any goods we dispatch on your behalf will have your return address stated on the postage slip.

Our Terms and Conditions

We will supply you with the range of products which you can sell on any online platform such as Ebay, Amazon etc.

You will be provided with two excel files

File one will have a standard list of orders and must be submitted by 10am everyday for goods to be dispatched the same day. You will only email one file each day.

File two will have expedited orders, i.e. guaranteed next day delivery. This file must be submitted before 2pm each day if you have any expedited orders.

Excel files will only be sent to a dedicated inbox which is dropshipping@sencoretech.co.uk

At initial stages we will only dispatch orders within the UK.

If Royal Mail/Courier increases it's tariff then additional cost will be passed onto the seller, i.e the postage cost can increase anytime.

We will provide tracking ID for all large letters and parcels which will act as delivery confirmation notification.

Royal Mail does not offer delivery confirmation for small letters.

If the post is lost or stolen after it has left our premises then we will not take any liability for issues caused by the third parties. We will however provide tracking details if requested that the order was created, dispatched and manifested.

We will not take any liability for incorrect orders or dispatch details submitted by you.

We will aim to respond to your queries within a reasonable time frame however please allow us at least 48 Hours to conduct any investigations.

We will issue you an invoice on every Friday/Saturday which we expect to be cleared immediately. Failure to do so may result in cancellations of further orders.

We are offering this service as a 1 week credit account however we may cancel this arrangement anytime without prior to notice. (Gaurantor will be required)

We are initiating this scheme of drop shipping with existing customers however it will be rolled out to new customers.

We reserve the right to amend the product prices at any point and will send you the notification in writing.
